Contract lifecycle

Every contract follows a clear status flow from draft through active to terminated or ended. Uploaded and digitally signed contracts come together in the same data model.

Term types

A daily check covers every auto-renewing contract. If the notice period passes without cancellation, vemix rolls the term forward, generates the new deadlines and records both in the history.

AI document analysis

Upload a signed document and the AI classifies it, reads the reference number, counterparty, clauses and deadlines, and pre-fills a review form. The contract is created even when the analysis does not succeed.

AI document matching

On import, vemix recognises whether a document such as an amendment or renewal notice belongs to an existing contract and proposes attaching it. You always confirm the match.

Can I also manage existing paper contracts?
Yes. You upload a PDF or scan and capture the metadata, either manually or via AI analysis. Uploaded and digitally signed contracts use the same deadline logic and the same views.
How does vemix make sure no notice period is missed?
From the term and notice rules, vemix calculates the last cancellation day and creates a deadline. Using configurable lead times, for example 90, 60, 30, 14 and 7 days, the system reminds the owner and the assignee by email and adds a task to the inbox.
What can the contract AI do?
Available today are classification, extraction of the reference number, counterparty, clauses and deadlines, matching to an existing contract, and automatic deadline and obligation detection in official authority letters. All of it runs on the same AI engine.
