Digital signatures

Get contracts signed digitally.

Send documents for signature straight from a contact or company. Fields fill in from your CRM, signers draw their signature on a public page without a login, and the final PDF is sealed with an RFC-3161 timestamp.

Capabilities

Sign NDAs and contracts electronically — with a timestamp.

Signature with timestamp

vemix produces a simple electronic signature (SES): the final PDF is cryptographically sealed and stamped with an RFC-3161 timestamp, so any later change to the document becomes detectable.

Templates with two modes

Build templates with fixed signer roles or a dynamic signature appendix that scales automatically to any number of signers — without touching the template.

Merge fields from the CRM

Company name, address and contact person are pulled into the PDF from the CRM on send. Action fields such as signature, initials, place and date are filled by the signer.

Order & recipients

Notify signers sequentially one after another or in parallel at the same time. Pick recipients from CRM contacts; external email addresses work too.

OTP verification

Optionally require a one-time code by email before signing, so signers confirm their email address before they sign.

Complete audit trail

Every step is logged with IP, timestamp and document hash. An audit certificate with the full signing history is appended to the final PDF.

Integrated

Part of an end-to-end chain.

Signatures draw directly on your CRM data and connect seamlessly to contract management: a draft contract goes out for signature and becomes active once completed — with the sealed PDF as its main document.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What kind of signature does vemix produce?
A simple electronic signature (SES): the final PDF is sealed, stamped with an RFC-3161 timestamp and backed by a complete audit trail and an audit certificate. It is suitable for the majority of everyday business documents.
Do signers need to create an account?
No. Signers receive a token-secured link by email and sign on a public page — no login at all. You can optionally require one-time-code (OTP) verification.
Can I sign any document or only templates?
Both. Use a prepared template or upload any document (Word, Excel, PDF). Uploaded files are converted to PDF; you then place roles and fields in the graphical designer.
