Division of labour

The AI does the groundwork. You decide.

The AI only creates proposals and drafts. Whether a topic is pursued, what the final copy says and when it goes out is your call.

Capabilities

From a finding to a published post.

Topic research

At a rhythm you choose, vemix searches the web, news, Bluesky, Mastodon, Reddit and your RSS feeds for current posts on your topic areas. Only the title, link, source and a short excerpt are stored.

Topic proposals

The findings turn into short proposals: title, hook, why now, link to your offering, sources and recommended channels. You accept, reject or postpone. Rejection reasons feed into the next runs.

AI drafts per channel

An accepted proposal becomes a core text and, from it, one version per channel, respecting character limits, structure, hashtags and your brand profile. vemix checks banned and required terms on every draft.

Images in channel format

With your company's own image generator, vemix creates image variants in the style of your brand profile and crops them to the channel format. You can upload your own images at any time.

Media plan

Set weekdays, time and frequency per channel. This produces open slots into which approved posts are scheduled automatically, respecting blocked days, public holidays and a minimum gap. Drag and drop to move them.

Approval & publishing

Nothing goes out without human approval. At the scheduled time vemix publishes automatically to connected channels; where that is not possible or fails, a task to publish manually is created.

Channels

Eight channels, one media plan.

vemix already publishes automatically to four channels, with more in preparation. Where that is not yet possible, or something fails, a task to post manually is created at the scheduled time.

Workflow

Six steps, two roles.

Every pending task lands in your task inbox and the daily digest.

  1. 01

    Set up profile and channels

Describe your company, audience, tone, form of address, call to action, banned and required terms and image style. Add topic areas with search terms and sources, and the channels you run, each with language, format rules and an owner.

    You
  2. 02

    Research runs

Daily, weekly or monthly, vemix searches the sources of your topic areas, removes duplicates and old entries and stays within a fixed budget per run. You can also start a research run by hand at any time.

    vemix
  3. 03

    Decide on proposals

The responsible person receives the proposals as a task: accept with a preferred date and target channels, reject with a reason, or postpone. Capture your own ideas as free text or a link, and the AI brings them into the same shape.

    You
  4. 04

    Have it drafted

The accepted proposal becomes a core text and, from it, a separate version per channel. If one version fails, the others are kept. Each version has its own copy, image and time slot.

    vemix
  5. 05

    Revise and approve

Edit in the editor with a character counter and preview, or request changes by instruction, such as "shorter, ending with a question". Every change is a new, restorable version. If the content changes after approval, the version returns to draft.

    You
  6. 06

    Publish

Approved versions sit on their slot in the media plan. On connected channels vemix publishes automatically and stores the link to the post. Without a connection, or if something fails, a task reminds you to post it yourself.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI publish on its own?
No. The AI only creates proposals and drafts. Only a version approved by an authorised person is ever published, and any change to its content afterwards sets it back to draft.
Which channels does vemix publish to automatically?
Automatic publishing is available for LinkedIn (page and profile), Bluesky and Mastodon. For Facebook, Instagram and X it is in preparation and depends on approval by each platform. Until then, and whenever something fails, a task to publish the post manually is created at the scheduled time. Blog posts can be exported as Markdown or HTML.
Does vemix copy other people's content?
No. From posts it finds, vemix only stores the title, link, source, date and a short excerpt. The AI writes its own copy and names the sources it used.
Where do the images come from?
From the image generator your company sets up in vemix, or from your own upload. Without a generator, the version shows a prompt to add an image. AI images never show real, recognisable people or third-party brands and logos.
