What slows food businesses down
Binders and loose forms
Cleaning schedules, temperature logs and work instructions circulate in several versions. Which one is current is anyone's guess.
Training without complete evidence
New starters, shift work, seasonal staff: sign-in sheets go missing and recurring hygiene training gets forgotten.
Limit exceeded. What now?
The correction happens, but who decided and verified what, and when? That is exactly the evidence missing at inspection.
What vemix brings to your HACCP routine
The HACCP standard package ships with preconfigured document types, workflows and templates that you adapt to your business.
HACCP plan and instructions controlled
Hazard analysis, HACCP plan, cleaning and hygiene schedules as revisions with an approval workflow. Approval produces a sealed PDF/A rendition; superseded versions are clearly marked as invalid.
Hygiene training on record
Training assignments per recipient group with reminders and refreshers, classroom sessions confirmed on the trainer's device. The qualification matrix shows who is trained on what.
CCP monitoring against limits
Readings at critical control points are checked against critical limits. Exceeding a limit requires a corrective action, and verification is recorded with name and time.
Serialised forms
Issue temperature logs and checklists as form copies with a running serial number. The QR code on every page shows whether the revision is still effective; form reconciliation flags what has not come back.
Report deviations from a phone
Staff report a deviation straight from their phone with up to 10 photos, even without a QM role. QM is notified; investigation and a linked CAPA follow directly.
Complaints and suppliers
Customer complaints and supplier evaluation run as records of their own. The QM tab on the CRM company brings together all QM records for a supplier or customer.
