vemix speaks WebDAV, the standard that Windows, macOS and Linux all ship with. Mount your store as a network drive and work from the file manager you already use, with no extra software. You sign in with your email and a device password that you create per device and can revoke individually. Nothing is reconciled in the background: saving writes straight into vemix, and you only ever see the library, projects and CRM records you already have permission for.
Pick “Map network drive” in Explorer, enter the drive address and sign in with your email and device password. vemix then shows up as a drive letter. Windows ships WebDAV out of the box; you install no extra software.
In Finder choose “Go → Connect to Server” (Cmd+K), enter the drive address and sign in with your email and device password. The drive appears in the sidebar and the password goes into your keychain.
GNOME Files, Dolphin and Thunar open the drive address directly as a davs:// connection. If you need it permanently mounted, use davfs2, for example via /etc/fstab or a systemd unit.

AvailableKeep managing your team in Personio. vemix takes over the employee master data every night and on demand, creates new employees as invitation drafts and deactivates accounts on their leaving date. Optionally, you also sync time entries, sick leave and leave requests and choose the direction for each data type. If your Personio plan has no API access, import the master data from the Personio export as a CSV or Excel file instead, with the same field mapping and a preview of the changes.
The AI features in vemix run on open-weight models at Scaleway in the EU, with no data stored and in line with GDPR. If you like, connect your own AI model for individual features. Connect your own AI assistants through the MCP server. Your provider’s terms apply to your own model and your assistants.
The AI features in vemix run on open-weight language models that Scaleway operates in EU data centres. Your input is processed there, is not stored and is never used to train models. This covers the analysis of documents (PDFs and images), emails and contracts. The one exception is the web search in company research: it sends only the company name and website address to Anthropic.
Already working with an AI provider or running your own model? Add it in the settings for individual AI features, such as receipt recognition or contract analysis. vemix works with any model that has an OpenAI-compatible API and shows you for each feature whether it needs a text or a vision model. Calls through your model use no vemix AI credit; you are billed directly by your provider.
vemix ships a Model Context Protocol server. Connect Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP-capable AI tools straight to your data, secured with OAuth 2.1 and your role permissions.
